Quality is our culture! All our product inspect and test 100% before goods are shipped. All products are well packed to avoid damage during transportation. With us your money in safe. When you find any defective product after arriving in your country, we will replace fast or compensate for it. Time is gold. What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
Start with 1 pcs each model, more than 1000 model for your choice!
What’s the leading time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)
3-5days for sample orders. 7-15days for mass production orders (based on different quantities).
How will you deliver my goods to me?
We always ship by air and sea. In the mean time, we cooperate with international expresses such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT to enable our customers get their goods rapidly.
Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products?
Yes, of course. OEM/ODM service is the most important part of our trade purpose.
3-5 Years Support. Minimum is 3 years warranty. If the products have quality problem during this time ,we can repair or replace new product by free cost .
ZCL lighting focus on linear lights, downlights, Track Lights, troffer retrofit kit, high bay, street light and floodlight since 2013 with nice quality and moderate price.
All products strictly according CE RoHS, DLC, VDE, TUV, SAA certificates regulation.
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
